Cilantro

Cilantro

Cilantro (coriander to you Brits -- and pak chee to you Thais) for sale at Bangkok's Saam Yaan market. In Thailand, cilantro is sold with it's root still attached. Not only does it keep longer, but you can use the roots for a lot of things, including soup broth.
