Boat Noodles (Guateow Reua) are famous in Thailand. Back in the old times, many people lived on the canals, and market vendors (like this one) would float their wares. One of the most famous 'floating market' foods was noodle soup. It's even called 'boat noodles' in Thai. Now you can get 'boat noodles' all over the place, but here's an example of the authentic real deal in-a-boat variety.
