Washing The Building

Two men wash the front of a building in 'Nolita' (North of Little Italy) in Manhattan. After they high-pressure wash it, they'll probably re-fill in the gaps between the bricks with fresh cement. Why they cinderblocked up those beautiful old windows is beyond me. I think what you're seeing here is actually sunlight filtering through windows of other buildings onto this one.
